NOTE: If you have multiple entries from your Club/Association, each team must be registered separately.

We no longer have a separate tournament for A & B Division for the Year 6, 7 & 8 Year Groups, however there are still two tournaments which are named White or Black.
For the Year 6, 7 & 8 Tournaments, Clubs/Associations can only enter (ONE) 1 team in White and ONE (1) in Black, unless you have 3 or more teams in a Year Group, and if this is the case, then they can enter 2 teams in one tournament and 1 in the other tournament.
For each Year 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10 Tournament, we will have two (2) Divisions A (stronger) & B. Please choose one based on what ability you think your team is at.

Year 10:                Sunday 5 to Wednesday 8 January 2025 (teams stay at Napier Boys’, Hereworth or Woodford House)
Year 4/5:              Monday 6 to Wednesday 8 January 2025 (teams stay at Woodford House & Hereworth)
Year 6 Black:      Wednesday 8 to Saturday 11 January 2025 (teams stay at Woodford House & Hereworth)
Year 9:                 Wednesday 8 to Saturday 11 January 2025 (teams stay at Napier Boys’, Hereworth or Woodford House)
Year 7 Black:      Sunday 12 to Wednesday 15 January 2025 (teams stay at Woodford House & Hereworth)
Year 11-13:         Sunday 12 to Wednesday 15 January 2025 (teams stay at Napier Boys’ High School)
Year 8 Black:       Wednesday 15 to Saturday 18 January 2025 (teams stay at Napier Boys’, Hereworth or Woodford House)
Year 7 White:     Wednesday 15 to Saturday 18 January 2025 (teams stay at Woodford House)
Year 8 White:     Sunday 19 to Wednesday 22 January 2025 (teams stay at Napier Boys’, Hereworth or Woodford House)
Year 6 White:     Sunday 19 to Wednesday 22 January 2025 (teams stay at Woodford House & Hereworth)
Girls Year 6-8:    Wednesday 22 to Saturday 25 January 2025 (teams stay at Woodford House)
Girls Year 9/10: Wednesday 22 to Saturday 25 January 2025 (teams stay at Woodford House)

All grades are based on Term 4 2024 School Years.

Cost for Camps:

Option 1
Year 4/5:
$2600.00 (teams stay at Woodford House or Hereworth) - includes entry and ground fees, accommodation for 2 nights breakfast & dinner provided (no lunch) for 12 players and 2 adults.
Year 6 and 7 :
$3595.00 (teams stay at Woodford House or Hereworth) – includes entry and ground fees, accommodation for 3 night breakfast & dinner provided (no lunch) for 12 players and 2 adults.
Year 8, 9, 10 & 11-13:
$3995.00 (teams stay at Napier Boys, Woodford House - includes entry and ground fees, accommodation for 3 nights breakfast, lunch & dinner provided for 12 players and 2 adults.
Girls Grade Year 6-8 & 9/10:
$3295.00 (teams stay at Woodford House)- includes entry and ground fees, accommodation for 3 nights breakfast & dinner provided for 10 players and 2 adults.

All coaches must be registered and police vetted.

Option 2
Year 4/5 $640.00 includes entry and ground fees and teams source their own accommodation.
All other grades $985.00 includes entry and ground fees and teams source their own accommodation.

All entries to be in by 15 November 2024
